Partners in Advocacy Leadership (PAL) is an American Farm Bureau Federation program focused on building stronger advocates for the agriculture industry. Earlier this year, Dana Stewart, of White County was the first Arkansan to graduate of the program. She sat down to share her experiences with the program and why someone should consider PAL.
