Pasture to Plate provides a way for 4-H and FFA students to learn about raising cattle. Benton County Farm Bureau, along with the University of Arkansas Division of Agriculture Extension, recently held a field day for the program where youth learned tagging, freeze branding and the importance of proper nutrition.
