Peaceful Pines Farms is exactly as it sounds, a serene small acreage farm nestled in a pine tree grove. Jacquie and Ken Carswell moved to their farm in Jefferson County after retiring from Florida, but just because they retired didn’t mean they would stop working. Now on their farm they raise goats, chickens, produce, and timber which they sell at local markets, and donate to various organizations.
