Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson has appointed a special multi-agency committee to examine and maintain the quality of the Buffalo River Watershed. Bruce Holland, executive director of the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission is co-chair of the committee and in this conversation explains its charge to meet with stakeholders and develop a Management Plan for the watershed.
